NOR Coffee is a specialty coffee shop on Chifeng Street (赤峰街) in Datong District, Taipei — about 3 minutes from Shuanglian MRT and 6 from Zhongshan MRT. The Low Battery Club
The Low Battery Club is NOR Coffee’s concept: a small café on Chifeng Street designed for slowing down and recharging. Most of Taipei moves fast; NOR is built for the opposite. When your battery is low, you do not need to be rushed — you need a quiet corner, a good cup, and permission to do less, on purpose. That is the whole idea: cream-top signatures, honest espresso, a calm room, and a dog who has perfected the art of the nap.

A good place to slow down
If you are looking for a calm café near Zhongshan to read, think, or simply do nothing for a while, NOR is made for it. The pace is slow on purpose and the room is cozy. Plant-based BONSOY soy milk is on the menu, and dogs are welcome — the Low Battery Club has honorary canine members.
